Service Description
Are you new to RVing? Or maybe you just got a new rig and forgot everything they told you on your walk through? We can help! We will walk you through your RV and show you how your RV systems work, how to operate your appliances, how to switch to travel mode and make sure things stay put and your fridge stays cold! We'll also answer any questions you may have!. *Water and electric hookups are REQUIRED for this service. *Full hookups are recommended in order to get all the benefits of the training
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit required to hold your appointment slot. Deposits are non-refundable-we are a small business and every appointment counts. We want to provide you with the best service possible, while maximizing our time. Holding a spot on our calendar and canceling "last minute" keeps others from booking that same time slot, resulting in lost business for us. RV Repair services are $250/hr. with a 1 hr minimum. No extra charge for destinations within 30 min. Destinations more than 30 min from our location are billed travel time in addition to the base hourly fee and payable at the time of service along with additional hourly charges if applicable. We do not normally clean keystone tanks due to a center post that can cause issues. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss risks. If you fail to speak to us before booking and we arrive to see you have a keystone product, you forfeit your deposit and we will NOT clean your tanks. We appreciate your understanding.
